Technical transfer process for NCYU researchers

1. Please fill in the application form (Form 1) and apply to the Innovation Incubation Center.
2. Request the teacher to recommend 3-5 experts and scholars in related fields. The Innovation Incubation Center will hold a preliminary review meeting for technology transfer, record according to the agenda format (please refer to Form 2), and complete the preliminary review.
3. The Innovation Incubation Center assisted in convening the Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Review Committee based on the preliminary review records and forms.
4. After the resolution is made, the Innovation Incubation Center will make an online announcement, and the transfer manufacturer is requested to fill out an application form and submit an application to the Innovation Incubation Center.
5. Complete the contract and collect payment.

Technology transfer process (undertaking technology) for manufacturers

1. The manufacturer fills in the application form (Forms 3 and 4) for the announced technology, and the Innovation Incubation Center assists the host in negotiating the contract.
2. The Innovation Incubation Center requests the technical inventor to confirm the terms and conditions of the contract.
3. Complete the contract and collect payment.
